因應閣下之登記,您將獲發一個登記編號。請保存該編號紀錄以便日後訂購智能手機之用。同時請不要向第三方提供此編號。
登記編號不得轉讓或轉售。
當相關智能手機發放進一步資料時,您將會收到短訊、電郵或電話通知。
以同一香港身份證開立之賬戶,只限購買/以手機現金券換領最多兩部iPhone16系列型號手機。
以3HK手機號碼作登記及選擇手機升級優惠之客戶,當相關智能手機可供購買時,必須使用相同手機號碼出機及不能作任何更改。
購買相關智能手機需同時簽訂指定合約期並選用指定月費計劃。
有關出機時間將按貨源供應及其他因素而定。登記人必須於指定日期內親臨指定3HK出機地點或門巿辦理出機手續,否則有關購買新機登記安排將予以取消。
和記電話有限公司("和記電話"﹞將考慮登記人﹝包括和記電話現有及非現有客戶﹞之繳費及信用狀況、合約年期及其它賬戶記錄而決定有關訂購手機 安排,包括:
若登記人名下任何一個賬戶合約年期超過四年,和記電話將要求登記人繳付指定金額之出機按金。
若登記人名下賬戶尚有逾期欠款,和記電話將要求登記人繳清所有欠款方可出機。
和記電話可因應登記人的信用狀況及其它賬戶記錄,拒絕出機。
每個現有和記電話賬戶每年只可享有手機升級優惠一次。如賬戶在過去9個月內曾享用其他手機升級優惠,便不可以於是次登記活動以同一賬戶再次享用手機升級優惠。
客戶必須以信用卡自動轉帳作為繳交月費之方法,同時上台之登記姓名必須與信用卡持卡人之姓名相同。
新上台客戶必須攜備三個月內有效同名地址證明辦理出機手續。
和記電話對供應商提供之產品及服務質素恕不負任何責任。
客人必須於離開3Shop或指定銷售地點前檢查iPhone手機的外觀並完成啟動服務程序。有關貨品於檢查後不設退換或退款。
閣下的個人資料會用作是次登記活動及日後銷售程序。並按本公司個人資料政策及守則於活動結束後合理時間內保留所有個人資料。
和記電話有權取消任何登記並不作通知。
和記電話保留更改是次登記手機活動之條款及細則的權利。和記電話亦可就有關條款、細則及所有爭議作出最終決定。
You will be assigned a registration number for your registration. Please keep a record of your registration number for any subsequent order that you may place for your selected smartphone and do not disclose it to the third party.
Registration number cannot be sold or transfer.
You will be contacted via SMS, email or by phone if further information of related smartphones is available.
Each customer (using the same HKID number) can only purchase or voucher redeem a maximum of two iPhone 16 series models.
Customer who registered with 3HK mobile number and opted for handset upgrade must use the same mobile number for the handset subscription and cannot be changed afterwards.
Subscription for a smartphone is subject to a commitment of a fixed contract term of a designated monthly service plan.
Handset pick-up time is subject to stock availability and other factors. Subscription procedure must be completed personally by the registrant at the designated 3Shops or retail shop within the specified period, or the relevant registration for handset subscription will be cancelled.
Hutchison Telephone Company Limited (“HTCL”) will check against the account status including payment record, contract term and other account records of the registrant (including both the existing and potential customers of HTCL) to determine the arrangements for handset subscription, including :
If the outstanding contract period of the individual registrant’s account exceeds four years, Registrant is required to pay a designated amount of deposit for the handset subscription.
Registrant is required to settle all overdue payment before proceeding with the handset purchase.
HTCL reserves the right to refuse handset purchase subscription by the registrant in accordance with his credit history and other account records of his account.
Each existing mobile account of HTCL is entitled to a handset upgrade offer once each calendar year. If the account has already enjoyed another handset upgrade offer during the past 9 months, such account will not be eligible for a further handset upgrade offer in this registration program.
Customer must settle all monthly payment by credit card autopay. The name of the registered subscriber must be the same as the credit cardholder.
New subscriber must provide valid address proof within the last 3 months with the same registered account holder name as the new subscriber for handset subscription.
HTCL is not responsible for the quality of the products and/or service provided by the supplier.
Customer must examine the iPhone handset and complete the iPhone activation process before leaving the 3Shops or specified retail shops. Product exchange or refund is not allowed after product examination.
Your personal information will be used for the purpose of this registration program and subsequent sales arrangement. All personal data collected will be retained in a reasonable time after the program end according to our Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
HTCL reserves the right to cancel any registration without notice.
HTCL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this registration program. All matters and disputes in relation to the terms and conditions of this registration will be subject to the final decision of HTCL.

請注意,已經登記之手機型號、儲存空間、顏色及其他內容並不能更改,如需更改,客人需要重新登記及輪候。
出機前注意事項
閣下於出機時必須提供登記編號(如適用)。
若未能於指定日期出機,已預留之手機將會安排予其他客戶。
閣下亦須符合新客戶上台或現有客戶提升手機之有關條款及細則
登記機主必須攜備同名信用卡(新客戶必須攜備最近三個月內有效同名地址證明)於上述日期內親臨上述地點辦理出機手續。
和記電話有限公司(和記電話)將考慮登記人(包括現有及非現有客戶)之賬戶繳費記錄、信用及服務合約狀況等因素,而決定是否將已訂手機售予登記人。
Status enquiry
All about your iPhone registration status can be checked online. Other channels, such as CS hotline, also cannot provide record updating and enquiry service.
3HK will send email and SMS to customer for the detail arrangement. Customer can also visit "Status Check" for status checking.
Registrant is not allowed to change selected handset Model, Storage , Color and other contents once the registration form has been submitted. If you would like to change the record detail, you have to give up existing record and register again.
Note before purchasing
Please provide your registration number for handset purchase and service plan subscription (If any).
If you fail to purchase at the specified date, the reserved handset will be released to other customers.
You are required to comply with the terms and conditions for new sales subscription / handset upgrade
Registrant must bring his own credit card for payment (New customer must provide an address proof showing his name issued within last 3 months) in person to the above-mentioned location on or before the Pick-up Date.
Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("HTCL") will check against the account payment record, credit and contract terms of the registrant (including both the existing and former customers of HTCL) to determine whether to make the iPhone offer to the registrant.
