Replace SIM
- As an account owner*, you can complete the SIM replacement at any of our 3Shop
- You are required to show your previous SIM card
- A handling fee of $100 will be charged
- The new SIM card will be active within 2 hours
Remarks:
*An authorized person, please bring along his/her HKID card and the following documents:
- HKID copy of the registered customer
- Original authorization letter with registered customer's signature
