Contract Renewal Terms and Conditions
  1. The above offer(s) is/ are valid for the designated mobile account and the registered owner.
  2. The usage entitlement and fee of the monthly plan apply to local service only.
  3. Local data usage is subject to Fair Usage Policy. At any time during a billing cycle, once the aggregate local data usage of a customer in the relevant billing cycle reaches the relevant Fair Usage Data Threshold applicable to the customer, s/he can still continue to use the local data service. However, when network traffic is busy, priority access to the network may be adjusted affecting the data service experience.
  4. This Fair Usage Policy is effective from the start date of the renewed contract stated in remarks.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, special monthly offer(s) will expire automatically after the offer period.
  6. The renewed contract is appended to the remaining months of the existing contract (if any).
  7. Customer must subscribe to the minimum tariff plan listed on this page continuously within the contract period.
  8. If the account is terminated within the contract period, the customer is liable to pay a cancellation charge equivalent to the sum of the monthly service fee for the remaining unfulfilled contract period.
  9. Change of ownership on mobile account is not allowed within contract period.
  10. Customers are required to pay for the monthly administration fee of $12.
  11. Sending and receiving voice calls and MMS to and from 3 subscribers are deemed as Heart-To-Heart voice and Intra MMS.
  12. Additional $1.5 would be charged for making a video call to a subscriber of other Hong Kong designated mobile operator. There would be no surcharge for receiving a video call from a subscriber of other Hong Kong designated mobile operator.
  13. One minute of video and voice call talk time will be rebated if your call accidentally drops out and either the calling party calls back or you dial the number again within I minute of the call drop-out.
  14. When a customer uses the Conference Call or Call Waiting service, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines.
  15. The service plan of this mobile account is tailor-made for mobile voice service. The SIM card can only be used on mobile phone but not on other devices, such as dongles.
  16. Unless otherwise specified, the respective administrative charge will be charged under the below conditions.
    - SIM/USIM Free – SIM Replacement – Reconnection of Service
    - Change of Mobile Number – Change of Service Plan – Change of Ownership
    - Service In Person – Bounce Cheque Charge

  17. If customers want to further renew the contract or terminate the service, please contact 3Hotline at 31663333 at least one month before the expiry of this contract for arrangement.
  18. The Terms and Conditions of Sales and Services Agreement and Privacy Policy of our company are applicable to the plan listed.
  19. Hutchison Telephone Company Limited reserves the right to vary the charges, the offer and terms and conditions of service and shall have the final decision in case of dispute.
